It is important to note that while there are some online Reflexology courses these may not be accredited. As Reflexology is a touch therapy it is very important to learn it face to face rather than online.
It is so important when you are a student training to become a Reflexologist that you experience regular hands-on treatment. This enables you to tailor your treatment to clients, especially if they are in the aged sector, recovering from illness or have a range of medical issues. They may wish to try reflexology for fertility issues or to make them feel better during pregnancy.
I also find this quote from Eunice Ingham very true:
‘If you are feeling out of kilter, don’t know why or what about
Let your feet reveal the answer, find the sore point work it out!’
So what chart should I use?
Perth School of Reflexology have designed their own chart based on the Ingham Method

Where can I train
WA – Perth School of Reflexology
Offers a 1 day Introductory Reflexology workshop – these are run 4 times a year. This will give you an insight into whether you wish to train further or just want to be able to give a short 30 – 45 minutes treatment to family and friends.
